Join us for an elegant evening celebrating the richness of Puerto Rico’s land, the farmers who steward it, and the extraordinary flavors born from a thriving local food system.
Guests will enjoy a refined farm-to-table dining experience inspired by the island’s harvest, accompanied by a curated Puerto Rican honey tasting showcasing the remarkable character of locally produced honey and the vital relationship between pollinators, farms, and food.
Throughout the evening, we will celebrate the work of Levantando.org and the small, agro-ecological farmers whose dedication helps shape a more resilient, sustainable, and locally rooted future for Puerto Rico.
Your support directly enables Levantando.org’s efforts to provide farmers with shared resources, education, and agricultural infrastructure, including our honeybee intiative to place beehives on farms.
